William R. Duey has completed all of the rigorous training, experience and testing requirements mandated by the Iowa Professional Licensing Bureau- Real Estate Appraiser Examining Board. He is licensed as a Certified General Real Property Appraiser in the State of Iowa- License #CG 02926.
Bill is also a Certified Wildlife Biologist- listed with The Wildlife Society.
Bill is an Associate Member of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers (ASFMRA is the national association for farm appraisers.)
